How We Build and Test for Safety
We build every machine in our own workshops in Hebei Province, China. Our team designs the machine, writes its software, wires its water and electrical systems and runs a full-machine test before it leaves the factory. Each machine ships fully assembled and tested, and the heating system and its dual temperature protection are checked before shipment.
Importers, distributors and operators often need compliance documents for customs, insurers or local electrical inspectors. This page sets out the safety features built into each machine and the certifications Drezen holds. We do not publish the certificates on the website. Read how our factory builds each machine.
Electrical Safety Built Into Each Machine
These are the protection devices your electrician, insurer or inspector will usually ask about.
Leakage and Overload Protection
Three RCBO devices protect the machine against current leakage and overload. If leakage is detected, the power switches off automatically. High-power circuits are grounded, and the electrical system has a waterproof design to avoid short circuits.
Emergency Stop and Door Release
A physical emergency stop button sits on the machine, and the 21.5-inch touchscreen has pause and emergency buttons. Pressing the emergency button opens the door automatically.
Heating and Temperature Protection
A thermostatic 50 L water heater with temperature sensors holds the water at a set, adjustable temperature, and warm air dries at a steady temperature. The heating system has dual temperature protection, and we test it before every machine ships.
Power Supply Requirements
Both models run on 110 to 240 V, 50 to 60 Hz. Rated power is 8 kW for SE-2025A and 7 kW for FA-2025A. We recommend a dedicated circuit, with additional protection installed where local regulations require it. [NEEDS CLIENT DATA: phase, current, breaker size, plug or hardwired]

Water and Dust Protection Ratings
Wet-area equipment needs its electrical parts protected from water and dust. Core components in Drezen machines are rated IP65: under the IEC 60529 standard, that means dust-tight and protected against water jets. The 265 nm UVC-LED module, which sanitizes the empty washing chamber after each wash, is rated IP68. The drying fans are waterproof and incoming air is filtered. The machines work indoors and outdoors and suit hot and humid climates.

Materials and Factory Testing
The body is galvanized steel sheet with an anti-rust, scratch-resistant surface treatment and a high-strength outdoor coating. We select components after evaluating many suppliers and address long-term operation at the mechanical design stage, so there is no scheduled component replacement. Quality control is traceable throughout production.
Every machine ships fully assembled and tested in a wooden crate, with a service life of up to 8 to 10 years. If you need a different size, color or payment system, see custom and OEM builds.

Safety and Certification FAQ
Can I see the certificates before I order?
Yes. Copies are available to buyers on request. Send a quote request with your country and the model you are interested in, and we will send the relevant certificates with our reply, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Does the machine meet US electrical safety standards?
Drezen machines are tested to UL 60335-1 and FCC certified. Requirements in the United States vary by local authority, and some inspectors require a listing from a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory. Check with your local inspector, and ask us for the UL 60335-1 test report before you order.
Can the machine be installed outdoors?
Yes. The machines work indoors and outdoors and suit hot and humid climates. Core components are rated IP65 and the UVC-LED module is rated IP68. For a site with cold winters, ask us about the operating temperature range before you order.
What happens when the emergency button is pressed?
Pressing the emergency button opens the door automatically. Each machine also has a physical emergency stop button and a pause button on the touchscreen, so a wash can be paused or stopped at any point.
