What the FA-2025A Is and Who It Suits
The FA-2025A is a fully automatic dog washing machine built in our Hebei factory. A customer pays on the 21.5-inch touchscreen, and the machine washes the dog, dries it with warm air, then sanitizes the empty washing chamber. Nobody on site has to step in.
It is one of two standard models in our automatic dog washing machine range, and it suits sites that stay open longer than staff are on hand: 24/7 forecourts, apartment amenity rooms, dog parks, and clinics where staff time belongs to patients. The square 1100 × 1100 mm footprint fits a corner that a larger machine would not.
Fully Automatic, Start to Finish
The FA-2025A has one mode, and it runs without an operator. Once the customer pays, the machine completes washing, drying and disinfection on its own. No one holds a hose or a dryer.
What the operator gains
- No staff needed during the wash
- A repeatable wash: dispensers dose shampoo and conditioner at a set ratio, and the heater holds water at the temperature you set
- No handheld tools for customers to misuse, drop or leave dirty.
What it does not do
There is no manual mode and no handheld spray head. Customers cannot spot-wash a muddy leg or adjust the wash by hand. An optional handheld dryer kit is available as an add-on, but it does not turn the FA-2025A into a manual washer.
How a Wash Runs on the FA-2025A

360° fine-mist spray wets the coat evenly. Ozonated water is used during the bath to support cleaning and help reduce odors.
Applied automatically from the five dispensers at a set ratio.
360° warm air at a steady temperature, 20 to 25 minutes.
After the dog leaves, ozone, ozonated water and UV, including a 265 nm UVC-LED module, sanitize the empty cabin.

Running the FA-2025A Without Staff
The FA-2025A supports 24/7 unattended operation, with no staff or appointments required. The customer arrives, pays on the touchscreen through POS cashless payment, and leaves with a washed and dried dog. That makes it a working self-service station for sites with long opening hours. Everything beyond standard payment is optional and listed in your quote. For a site with no staff on hand, we recommend the remote backend, so you can change prices and opening hours without visiting the machine.

Site Requirements and Installation Drawing
The FA-2025A needs floor space, height and three connections. Before you order, check that the ceiling clears 2134 mm, that the narrowest door or gate on the delivery route takes the 1100 mm width, and that a water inlet, drainage and power can reach the final position. It can stand indoors or outdoors. Removable bottom rollers help you move it into place.

Why the FA-2025A Has Windows on Four Sides
Four large viewing windows keep the dog in the owner's view throughout the wash. The interaction window can be opened so the owner can reach in.
The cabin is visible from across the site and has internal lighting. A built-in camera for real-time monitoring is available as an option.
At 1100 × 1100 mm, the FA-2025A takes less floor space than the SE-2025A (1880 × 1430 mm).
The washing chamber is 535 × 820 × 870 mm, smaller than the overall size suggests. Not every dog accepts a cabin on its first visit.
FA-2025A vs SE-2025A: Which Model Fits Your Site?
Choose the FA-2025A if most washes will happen with nobody from your team on site, or if your customers want the job done while they wait. Its 1100 × 1100 mm footprint also suits a tight corner of a forecourt or amenity room. Choose the SE-2025A if staff are on hand or your customers expect to wash their own dog, because it adds a manual mode with a handheld spray head and dryer. Yes. The FA-2025A supports 24/7 unattended operation with no staff or appointments required. Yes. The FA-2025A works indoors and outdoors and is adaptable to hot and humid climates. The body is galvanized steel sheet with an anti-rust, scratch-resistant treatment and a high-strength outdoor coating, and the core components are IP65-rated.
