Dog Wash Machine Technology: Ozone + UV, Fine Mist and Smart Controls
Four systems decide how a dog washing machine performs on a commercial site: how it sanitizes, how it washes, how customers pay and how it protects people and equipment. This page shows each one and which Drezen model has it.
- Factory direct
- Ships fully assembled and tested
- CE certified
- Tested to UL 60335-1
Dog wash machine technology at Drezen is designed and built under one roof, in our own workshops in Hebei, China: sheet-metal cutting, welding, spraying and assembly, water and electrical wiring, embedded system development, hardware and software debugging, and full-machine testing. One factory answers for both the hardware and the software. Every machine ships fully assembled and tested, so on site you connect water, drainage and power. See how we build each machine.
Four Systems Inside Every Drezen Machine
Each system has its own page with the full detail. Here is what each one does on a commercial site.
Ozone and UV Sanitizing
A built-in ozone generator turns supply water into ozonated water during the bath, to support cleaning and help reduce odors. Once the dog has left, ozone, ozonated water and dual UV lamps sanitize the empty washing chamber before the next wash. The UV system uses a 265 nm UVC-LED module rated IP68, and ozone breaks down into oxygen shortly after use.
360° Fine-Mist Washing
Nozzles around the dog deliver water, shampoo and conditioner as fine, widely dispersed droplets from 360°, so the coat is wetted evenly from every side. The spray is designed to reduce water entering the eyes and ears. A thermostatic heater with temperature sensors holds the water at the temperature you set, in every season.
Smart Controls and Payment
Customers pay and start the wash on a 21.5-inch touchscreen with a multilingual interface. POS cashless payment comes on both models, with card and cash options available through the payment add-ons. From the backend management system, you set prices, opening hours and the wash and dry time of each program. The machine connects over Wi-Fi or 4G.
Safety and Certifications
A physical emergency stop sits alongside pause and emergency buttons on the touchscreen, and the emergency button opens the door automatically. Three RCBO devices protect against leakage and overload, and core components are IP65-rated (sealed against dust and water jets). The machines are CE and FCC certified, RoHS compliant and tested to UL 60335-1. Certificates are available on request.
What Each System Does During One Wash
A full wash and dry takes 20 to 30 minutes on average. Here is what runs at each stage.
1. Start
Touchscreen · POS cashless payment · 3 coat programs (short, medium, long)
2. Wash
360° fine mist · 50 L thermostatic heater · 5 shampoo and conditioner dispensers · Ozonated water
3. Rinse
Clean-water rinse
4. Dry
360° warm air · High-pressure and low-pressure silent fans · Filtered fresh air (40% fresh, 40% recirculated, 20% exhaust)
5. Sanitize
Ozone · Ozonated water · UV (265 nm UVC-LED). Runs after the dog has left.
6. Record
Wash data to the backend over Wi-Fi or 4G
Running throughout
- Emergency stop with door release
- 3 RCBO devices
- Dual temperature protection
- IP65-rated core components
On the SE-2025A, the owner can switch to manual mode at any time on the touchscreen and finish with the handheld shower and dryer. The FA-2025A runs the whole sequence automatically.

Technology Questions From Buyers
When does the ozone system run, and is the dog inside?
Ozonated water is used during the bath to support cleaning and help reduce odors. Ozone gas and UV run in the empty washing chamber after the dog has left, to sanitize it before the next wash. Ozone breaks down into oxygen shortly after use. See the ozone and UV system details.
What does one wash use in water, power and shampoo?
About 40 to 50 L of water, about 1.5 kWh of electricity and roughly 30 ml of shampoo and conditioner per complete wash, on average. Longer programs use more. Your cost per wash depends on local water, power and shampoo prices, so work out running costs at your local rates.
Can we choose our own shampoo and conditioner?
Yes. Five independent dispensers with 5 L tanks dose shampoo and conditioner automatically at a set ratio, so you can offer up to five products, such as a hypoallergenic or deodorizing shampoo. Source them locally or from Drezen’s own shampoo factory. Custom builds can change the number of dispensers.
