Who Our OEM and ODM Service Is For
An OEM dog wash machine is a Drezen machine built and finished under your brand. It is the route for companies that sell or distribute dog washing machines in their own market and want the product to carry their name.
How much you need to change decides which route fits.
If you operate a site and only want your logo on the machine, you may not need OEM at all. Our standard SE-2025A and FA-2025A already include free logo and pattern design.
If you sell under your own brand, OEM is the usual choice. We take a machine we already build and change what your market needs: body color, logo and pattern, structure and appearance, the payment system, the languages on the 21.5-inch touchscreen, software and functions, and the number of shampoo and conditioner dispensers.
If no machine we make fits your concept, ODM is the route. We start from your requirements and develop a new pet washing machine, through engineering design and a prototype to mass production.
Whichever route you take, you work directly with the factory that designs the mechanical structure, electronic control and software, then fabricates and assembles the machine. The sections below show what can change, how a project runs and what your quote confirms.

OEM or ODM: Which Do You Need?
OEM starts from an automatic dog washing machine we already build. The base design exists, so your input is the brief: brand, color, payment, languages and the functions your customers need. ODM starts from your concept. We analyze your requirements, design the hardware and software, build a prototype and then move to mass production. Choose OEM when one of our machines fits your market with changes. Choose ODM when none of them does.

Quality Control in Our Factory
Every Drezen machine is built in our factory in Qing County, Cangzhou, Hebei, by the company that designs its mechanical structure, electronic control and software. The body is galvanized steel with an anti-rust, scratch-resistant surface treatment and a high-strength outdoor coating. Core components are IP65-rated (sealed against dust and water jets). On a custom build this matters, because your changes are designed and built in the same factory. Drezen machines are CE certified (Machinery, Low Voltage, EMC, Pressure Equipment and ErP directives), FCC certified, RoHS compliant and tested to UL 60335-1.

Commercial Terms
We sell by quote, direct from our factory. On a custom order, the terms depend on the build: color, branding and software changes shape the work, and the work shapes the timing. That is why lead time, minimum order, Incoterms and payment terms are set per project. Machines ship in wooden crates with container loading. Our standard models carry a 1-year warranty and lifetime after-sales support.

Who owns the design and branding on a custom build?
Your logo, brand name and artwork remain your property; we apply them to the machines you order. Ownership of the design, tooling and software on an ODM project is agreed per project.
What is the minimum order quantity?

What branding files do you need from us?
Send your logo, brand colors and any pattern artwork with your brief, and tell us where on the machine you want them. On our standard models, logo and pattern design is free. Message us for required file formats and color reference system.
Can we order a sample or prototype first?
ODM projects include a prototype as part of engineering design, before mass production begins.
How long does a custom build take?
Timing depends on the route. An OEM build starts from an existing machine, while ODM adds engineering design and a prototype before mass production. We confirm the lead time in your quote.
